1. Buyer to issue ICPO + CIS

2. Seller to issue CI which is signed & returned by Buyer

3. Seller to provide full POP, including.

a. Certificate of Origin

b. Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)

c. Injection Report

d. Injection Schedule

e. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA)

f. Authorization to Verify-physical Inspection (ATV)

g. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)

h. Allocation Certificate

i. LeZer of Commitment to Supply

j. Seller Company profile and Registration including passport

Note: buyer will order and pay SGS to conduct Dip Test in buyer’s name

4. Optional, Buyer conducts dip test in Seller’s tank at byer’s expense

5. Upon successful Verification of product, Buyer pays for product by MT103

6. Buyer takes over Seller’s or product is injected into Buyer’s tank or vessel

7. Seller transfers Title of ownership and all Export Documentation to Buyer

8. Seller pays commission to all intermediaries in the Transaction Agreement Product Verification 

     and Q&Q by SGS, the buyer pays  10 days of tank rental costs, or the buyer provides a bank guarantee 

     for the amount of 10 days of tank storage rental costs and  pays the amount for the actual rental period

     used afterwards via MT103.
